Gerard Donovan’s third novel, Julius Winsome, received worldwide critical acclaim and has been translated into a dozen languages. The New Yorker observed: ‘Donovan delivers with devastating force.’ A bestseller in Germany, it will be appearing as a major motion picture. Donovan attended Jesuit College, Galway, NUI-Galway, and studied music at DIT. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins Writings Seminars. His first novel, Schopenhauer’s Telescope, won the Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award.
